Hello my name is Jim FitzGerald and I am the owner of Titan Property Services, I am from Palm Beach County and my family has been in Palm Beach County for almost 100 years. I am a married father of three, two teenage daughters and my son is 1 1/2 years old. My educational background includes an A.A. degree from Palm Beach State College, my Bachelor of Science in Business is from Palm Beach Atlantic University and I have started working towards my Graduate Degree. I feel that no matter what field I am in furthering my education expands my mind and sets a good example for my children.

In 1992 I began working in the pressure cleaning industry with one machine, my pick-up truck and not much else including any idea of what I was doing. After learning most lessons the hard way including pressure cleaning the skin off of my feet, taking paint off of houses and killing landscaping I can now say I am a professional. I have hundreds if not thousands of satisfied customers from over the last 20 years and have learned that a satisfied, happy customer is what builds my business. Our services adapt and include the newest cleaning technologies and chemicals allowing us to clean safer and more efficiently. We no longer pressure clean roofs they are now done with a softwash method which uses low pressure and chemicals to clean more thoroughly and stay clean longer. We also use the softwash method to clean home exteriors and pool enclosures, however if needed we use good old fashioned pressure cleaning.
