Jim Malinovsky
20 years in finance for Intel, Ernst & Young, and Sac Job Corps has been a challenging but rewarding experience. I have produced results in a number of areas from efficiency and compliance to personnel and internal control strategies that allow me to utilize my passion for directing operations and keeping the P&L in the black.
This is not my only passion. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy reengineering processes that increase productivity at all levels. Identifying the gaps in service or drags in output generally thrill me because that means better fluidity for the company and the team as well. I consider this all low hanging fruit waiting to be picked.
And just in case you think I'm just a numbers guy, you should really know I have a knack with people too. One of my favorite aspects is that of training and mentoring key talent. I use a motivational management style that focuses on achieving and then exceeding established performance goals. This has always proven effective in supporting business growth, as well as building loyalty from the ground up.
The weekends find me running, literally and figuratively.
