My career in the automotive industry is dedicated to helping people and improving processes. The best approach to success is to always be open to change and the willingness to improve. Learning needs to be a life long endeavor and not just limited to lower level employee's. All members of a team, top to bottom, must continually study, learn and grow.

Automotive sales and service business is undergoing a shift from arcane processes which have prohibited the industry from adapting to new technology and management systems. The ability to unlock DMS data and utilizing it to make acurrate business decisions about marketing, sales and employee performance, is what will separate the winners from the losers over the next few years.
