Jody Kriss is a real estate developer with East River Partners. Jody has been working in New York City real estate for his entire 20 year career. Jody and his partner founded the company in 2010, and ERP has been earning a reputation for excellence ever since. They have developed residential properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn and have several new, exciting projects in the works. In total, Jody Kriss and East River Partners have completed the acquisition and development of 10 (and counting) ground-up or gut-rehab condominium projects over the last five years.
ERP has earned recognition from newspapers and industry outlets including, but not limited to BisNow, Brownstoner, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, New York Daily News, and The Real Deal. One of their proudest moments was being recognized by the Victorian Society of New York for excellence in historic preservation. ERP converted 415 E 6th Street, a landmarked synagogue into condominiums that allowed the synagogue to stay active.
As Co-Founder, Jody Kriss works tirelessly to develop the firm as a high-quality and comprehensive resource for clients throughout New York City. In addition to real estate and finance, Jody also enjoys staying active. These days, he can regularly be found on the tennis court.
