Joe Goddard is currently owner and Managing Partner of Cardinal Healthcare Group, Inc., and Bronko Technology Consulting, Inc., both based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Restructured after their former iteration as Healthcare Resources, Inc., and having recently entered a recent partnership with Dallas-based Providence Healthcare Recruiting, Goddard's companies have a global reach and serve big-name clients such as Wal-Mart, Dillard's, and JB Hunt. Cardinal Healthcare Group is a recruiting and staffing firm that matches nurses and mid-level practitioners with appropriate professional opportunities. Joe Goddard's IT recruiting firm, Bronko Technology Consulting, attracts the most talented IT professionals in the industry to carry out direct hire, contract, and project opportunities.

Prior to starting his thriving company in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Joe Goddard was the owner of Goddard Healthcare Consulting, Inc., focusing on staffing in all areas of healthcare. He later branched out and started RNSTAT, a staffing firm exclusive to nurses, and created the Nurse Advanced Practice Database (NAPD). After developing a nationwide client base and enjoying many years of success in these three business endeavors, Goddard sold them to another company and went on to start new enterprises, which in turn have evolved to become his current companies.

Goddard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University). During his undergraduate years, he participated in student government and played football. Goddard also played football for Webb City High School in Webb City, Missouri, helping his team rank third in the state during his senior year.

When not running his successful business, Goddard enjoys volunteering his time with several ministries and non-profit organizations, including the Fayetteville Youth Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Crossroads Interfaith Housing Program, and WorkMatters. He also co-founded the Northwest Arkansas Touchdown Club, an organization that helps support college and high school football in the state of Arkansas.
