Possessing an MBA from Harvard Business School and more than 23 years of experience in financial management, Joseph Massoud brings a wealth of knowledge to his current role. As the managing director for Westport, Connecticut-based Anholt Services (USA) Inc., Joe provides asset valuation and management for real estate, commodities and limited partnership and corporate investments. Joseph Massoud joined the firm in 2013 and is currently building the company along with Rudolph Krediet, the company's other current employee.
Prior to assuming his role at Anholt, Joe Massoud spent 14 years as the managing director for Compass Group Management LLC, which he founded in 1998 in Westport. While there, he grew the company from one to 27 employees while consistently generating annual returns exceeding 25 percent on behalf of their investor, the Kattegat Trust.
Before joining Compass, Joe Massoud served from 1995 to 1998 as executive vice president for Petroleum Heat & Power. Prior to his position at Petro, he was an associate for two years with Colony Capital, a leading real estate private equity firm. Joseph Massoud began his career in 1989 as a business analyst for McKinsey & Company, a global consulting and management firm.
