Joel Billings

Currently, I am a Ph.D. student at Oklahoma State University in the Fire and Emergency Management Graduate Program with a research focus of firefighter sleep habits, sleep quality, and shift schedules.

One of my career objectives is to help bridge research and practice in fire and emergency services. I believe that research can be used to help influence decision making to overall protect communities and fire and emergency services personnel.
