Joel Hamilton

My name is Joel Hamilton and I am a managing attorney with Schiller & Hamilton Law Firm in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Before starting my legal career, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Winthrop University. I then received my Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During my education, I had the opportunity to work with Attorney Bennett Schiller at his firm in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Now, I have the privilege to be a partner at the firm.

Some of the practice areas I help my clients with include bankruptcy, criminal law, trusts and estates, and family law. I take great pride in helping my clients with a wide range of legal needs, and I always make sure my clients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.
