JOHN FREEDMAN

I am a property consultant and have been in practice under the style of John Freedman & Co. since 1976, originally based in Mayfair and now operating from St John's Wood.

Advising a variety of private and corporate clients in relation to acquisitions and disposals of properties nationwide I have experience across most sectors. Generally the emphasis of my work has shifted away from occupier-based agency to the purchase and sale of investment opportunities, usually but not exclusively within the commercial property sector. This is not to say that I will not assist to suit an occupational requirement, to place a parcel of residential ground rents, introduce an equity investor or venture any other solution that I think might benefit a client.

I hope I have acquired a reputation for discretion and integrity amongst those with whom I have conducted business and that they would agree that we have had more than a little fun along the way.

I think I have learned to read a situation and, professionally, enjoy the challenge a knotty problem can present. New opportunities are always welcome, as are old friends and contacts who want to be in touch.
