Upon graduation, Mr. Tripodi was selected to be a law clerk for Senior Judge Paul C. Weick for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit based in Cincinnati, Ohio covering cases in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Michigan. After completion of his Federal Clerkship,John accepted an associate position in the Corporate and Securities group of Drinker Biddle and Reath, one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in the United States with in excess of 700 attorneys headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This opportunity allowed Attorney Tripodi to represent some of the United States largest companies in highly complex legal transactions and business employment issues.our clients.Along with being authorized to practice in Immigration Courts for all fifty (50) of the United States, John passed Bar Examinations in the (3) States of Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania and thus has the ability to work on State issues in each of these jurisdictions. Lastly, Attorney Tripodi has been admitted to Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida.
