Board-certified as a cardiologist, John M. Kennedy, MD, serves as medical director of Kindred Health Systems’ interdisciplinary team and guides members in areas such as case management, respiratory therapy, and infectious disease. Also working with occupational/physical therapists, John M. Kennedy, MD, ensures that Los Angeles patients receive quality, evidence-based care that meets the highest quality thresholds.
Dr. Kennedy previously served as Marina Del Rey Hospital’s medical director of preventive cardiology and wellness. He is the creator of the app-based BREATHE™ stress reduction technique, which enables employees to decrease stress levels and optimize performance. His experience extends to co-directing the Heart Alert System Marin County, which provided residents with streamlined, responsive care.
Dr. Kennedy is also a respected author of several books, including The 15 Minute Heart Cure: The Natural Way to Manage Stress in Just Minutes a Day (John Wiley & Sons, 2010). John M.
