I am a Digital Architect and Tech Business Broker. I structure investment and finance for start-ups and growth-stage companies expanding to new markets (my 6th re-invention).

I own and operate a privately owned start-up incubator/accelerator. We launch 4 new tech companies per year. We have approximately 25 Start-ups in various development stages. (some of which are listed here).

Having helped pioneer the incubator and accelerator industry, nationally and internationally, in post-war/disaster economy reconstruction since the 1990’s, we continue to build customized strategies for investors and communities seeking to prosper from high-growth alternative investment markets.

My newest model is a Trade House franchise which combines technology and real estate investments. The global markets are shifting, and we have thousands of new companies and products seeking new markets and new client audiences.
