I started my first business (e-commerce) at 18. Several years later, realizing I was no longer passionate about my work, I decided to reconnect with my passions for technology and learning and to go back to school. At NVCC, I started an entrepreneurship club, was elected president of NSCS, and in 1 ½ years, while interning in DC at a Ruby on Rails shop, I received 3 Associate Degrees (4.0 GPA), and was 1 of 8 of 70,000+ students to complete the honors curriculum. For this I was elected Who's Who in American Universities, and honored with the NOVA SEAL Award. Then, looking toward California for it’s entrepreneurial culture, I enrolled in USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering.

USC and it’s Trojan Network has afforded me numerous opportunities and experiences including: working as a software engineering at IBM and Velocloud Networks, and being a part of an array of entrepreneurial endeavors as CTO of the DailyDeed (DC-based startup), Founder of GiftsForAllKids.com (non-profit), Data Guru for RydeBikes (USC startup), and technical cofounder of Xavier (thought-to-text software). Today, in my last semester at USC, I’m excited to graduate and begin working at Graphiq on their Data Science team.

I enjoy traveling, sailing, motorcycle riding, and mountain climbing. 2013 StartingBloc Fellow.
