By day, I work for a major multi-national IT company, working on Automation and Orchestration of Security products in Cloud Services like AWS and Azure.

By night, I podcast, blog, code on a livestream, and have organised conferences, promoting Free Culture (Free Software, Creative Commons, Open Rights) and teaching about automation and orchestration. I have been known to occasionally write semi-rubish PHP, including the bulk of the code which keeps CCHits.net running.

Occasionally, I operate Amateur Radio equipment, using the callsign G7VRI.

I'm a husband and a father to two beautiful and clever children.
