Jon Hardin

Jon Hardin is the current Managing Director the Randstad Human Resources division based in Tysons Corner, VA. They specialize in HR staffing services exclusively in the DMV area. Prior to this role he was in Executive Search services with Management Recruiters International (MRI) for over five years as a Jr. Partner, specializing in HR, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing and Information Technology.

Jon is a graduate from the George Mason University School of Business and is also a certified Paralegal through the George Mason Law Program. In his earlier career, he worked for the nation’s third largest Intellectual Property Law Firm as a Specialist in Patent Persecution.

For more than eight years he worked in Executive Search successfully placing more than 1,200 people in more than 500 companies in the DMV area. He is a social networking career strategist whose goal is connecting top talent with the top DMV employers.
