I was trained at Procter&Gamble through The Toyota Way. My career has been focused on helping companies leverage the talent of people and develop the strategies, systems, and capabilities to build High-Performance Organizations.
Today, I am leading globally lean management at Paul Hartmann Group, a wonderful multinational company full of talented and passionate people. There, we work every day to go further, challenging convention, and continuously looking for ways to improve customer value, lives and healthcare. Before working at Procter&Gamble and Paul Hartmann, I had collaborated with more than 15 world-class companies, including Schneider Electrics, Werfen Group, Honeywell and Volkswagen Group, etc.
Besides my profesional activity at Paul Hartmann Group, I am also Postgraduate Director and Master’s program associate profesor at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. I am also co-founder partner of the High-Performance Organization Global Alliance, an organization based in Utah, USA, which strives to unlock human potential to create value and wealth, building a better world.
Why am I here?
Because the success of companies depends on how capable they are of unleashing the talent and passion of their people to win with the hearts of a growing number of customers… and my work and passion is to help organizations to do so.

3.- Defining how to win: working on the core values & principles that binds people to work together in High-Performance Organization. It’s about how to unleash the human power of individuals and teams to create unique value and sustainable growth.
4.- Defining what are the key core competences and the business system to win: In order to make the above decisions and principles work, building a holistic business system to integrate work processes, management systems, leadership behaviors, and people development.
