Jonathan Blanc

A successful entrepreneur based in Moorestown, New Jersey, Jonathan Blanc founded Varsity Athletic Apparel in 1992. Originally a supplier of varsity letter sweaters, jackets, and blankets for schools in the Northeast, the company has grown to include non-apparel recognition gifts through the MVP Awards division, and now serves more than 3,000 schools with school clients as far away as Asia and Europe.. As president of the company, Jonathan Blanc oversees office staff and sales professionals, as well as an international sourcing team.

Mr. Blanc graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of arts in English and a concentration in entrepreneurial management from the Wharton School.. Each year, his national sales force attend upwards of 35 trade shows related to high school and college athletics. The recent creation of the MVP Awards division has expanded Varsity Athletic Apparel into a diverse range of varsity recognition keepsakes, including activity pins,, pennants, gym banners, a full range of framed varsity and championship awards, as well as a full line of school branding programs.
