Los Angeles, California native with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic University Pomona. Co-founding principal of Pendulum Studio, a multi-disciplinary architectural practice and Modular Products LLC, a product design company that offers a collection of customizable stadium amenities that target an enhanced fan experience and increase in operator annual revenue. I've devoted my entire career to the design and development of sports facilities. I've spent the last six years in pursuit of our own unique voice, market strategy and platform for innovation and thought-leadership. My design approach is founded on a keen interest in operations, centered by context, and fueled by a passion for technology, innovation, and sustainability...environmental and economic. Like it or not, real world experience has taught me that you are only as good as your clients say you are - "perception is reality". That being said, I'm a firm believer in forging relationships built on trust and sustained through integrity....personally and in business.
