Jonathan Edwards' entrepreneurial career over the past three decades has spanned a number of companies that he founded and led as a top executive. Since 2003, Jonathan Edwards has leveraged this industry knowledge as founder and CEO of DMS, a company that offers value-focused outsourcing solutions to New York-area small-to-medium-sized hedge funds and boutique investment banks.

Prior to establishing DMS, Mr. Edwards served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GlobalServe. He formed the company in 1999 as an outgrowth of strategic relationships he had developed while Vice President of Compucom Systems, Inc., with companies such as France-based Infopointe S.A., UK-based Compel, and U.S.-based Compugen.

From 1999 to 2002, Jonathan Edwards guided GlobalServe into a leadership position in the emerging e-procurement and electronic supply chain fulfillment sectors. He notably launched the RemoteServiceDesk and NetProvisioning product lines. He also attracted nearly $11 million in venture capital through the buyout of shareholder Infopointe. Mr. Edwards additionally spearheaded companywide sales efforts and secured accounts with Chevron Texaco, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and American Express.

Jonathan Edwards gained early executive experience in the IT supply and distribution sector in the 1980s as CEO of ACML. The London-based system integration and outsourcing firm became an industry powerhouse through developing robust distribution and reselling agreements with PC manufacturers such as Compaq and IBM. Mr. Edwards next held a position as Vice President of Sales with PCL, Ltd., a UK computer reseller that gained significant international market traction in the 1990s. Showing his ongoing commitment to innovation, Jonathan Edwards has recently received a patent for a global IT system.
