Jono Landon

I was born and raised in the intoxicating (or intoxicated) Canadian motor city of Oshawa Ontario which proudly sits about 40 minutes due east of Toronto. After graduating from a performing arts high school and attending a college jazz program I won a world music competition then moved to Israel. After a year I moved back to Toronto and obtained a degree in psychology then took off again to New York. After a year of New York I had enough and bounced back and forth between Israel and Toronto, during which time I was mainly a performer and booking agent while getting involved in a little Internet business on the side. For the last 3 years I've been settled in Toronto married to a wonderful woman and have allowed the internet business to dominate most of my day. But of course I still play music enough to keep my sanity. After growing an online education company, creating some powerful social media apps, and project managing for a recently launched up-and-coming social network, I'm on to my newest web project which could prove to be my biggest mark yet. Interestingly, it was the music industry that caused me to be so excited about the web industry. Realizing the power that the exploding social/viral marketing industry puts into the artists hands has driven me to follow this little rabbit down the hole.
