CURRENT ACTIVITIES
• Business Advisor to a number of SME type companies. Ongoing business support and specific projects.
• Chairman, non-executive director, board member or advisory board member of a number of companies and professional business associations in Denmark. Experience from +23 positions over time.
• Heading a business consultancy association in Denmark counting +50 business advisors.
• Heading of a country wide initiative in Denmark with +300 start-up companies and experienced business mentors. Aim is to help start-up companies to survive and grow.
• Heading of a local group in North Zealand, where 25 mentors help 50 start-up companies and facilitate network meetings.
• Mentor and business coach to experienced executives across Europe starting their own consultancy business and to a number of company executives and start-up companies. Completed +600 sessions.
• Facilitate analytic and development processes within strategy and sales.

PAST EXPERIENCE
• 12 years as CEO/MD in subsidiary companies of well known public groups in Scandinavia serving the high-tech industrial and trading B2B marked.
• 7 years as European Strategic Marketing Manager, European Application Manager and Sales Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• 8 years in R&D.
