Jose Hernandez

Jose has a vast experience in the real estate and mortgage markets ranging from the origination process of the loan, through the to the closing. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Minnesota Association of REALTORS and Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS. In 2007, he became certified with a series 6 license. Over the years, in the financial arena, he has experienced many aspects of the diverse characteristics in the housing industry. This enables Jose to understand the key criteria for constructing a smooth transaction. These experiences include; time at Wells Fargo underwriting mortgage loans, his experience with the HARP program and loan processing, time with Primerica Financial Services, licensed financial representative, REMAX Advisors West, REALTOR and REP, and a REO Manager.
