After his rock-solid and rich experience of more than 28 years in Clinical & Medical Diagnostics, his latest business is McGill Ventures, Inc. offering specialized Business Consulting Services in the field of MDx, established in Apr-2019 for Global Clients. He is a Business Consultant to some renowned foreign companies wanting to make headway into the Indian Medical Diagnostic Market and into the other Global Markets.

He finished his primary school education at Sacred Heart Convent High School in Ahmednagar and his secondary school education & college education in Pune, and graduated in Science from Government Science College Jabalpur, in 1989 and did his Post-Graduation in Biosciences from RDVV in Jabalpur, in 1991.

He worked as a P.R.O. at Jabalpur Medical Centre with Capt. (Retd) Sunil Sharma in 1992 before starting his career in the field of Medical Diagnostics in 1993 with the biggest MDx manufacturing company in India Span Diagnostics Ltd. (now ARKRAY Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) in the Product Management Team in Surat.

He then moved to CADILA in 1995 and had the privilege to name & launch the Diagnostic Division for ZYDUS/Cadila Healthcare Ltd. GUJARAT is the place to be in India for business is his belief as he is in Chennai as an Entrepreneur, since 1998.

He established Peerless Biotech Pvt. Ltd., in 2001 as a Founder & Managing Director for importing; marketing, and distributing Clinical Diagnostic Kits & Reagents. Promoter Director of ‘Quantum Biologicals Pvt. Ltd.’ earlier established as ‘DiaSys India Pvt. Ltd.’ in 2001, which was bought over by ‘Nicholas Piramal’ in 2006. DiaSys India was a JV company with DiaSys GmbH. Promoter Director of Euro Diagnostic Systems Pvt. Ltd., an MDx company since 2003. Founder and CEO of labONE, Inc. manufacturing Clinical Laboratory Equipments since 2009. Founder & Managing Director for VivaChek LifeCare Private Limited a JVC of VivaChek Biotech Hangzhou Co. Ltd., having its HQs in the USA is a leader in Blood Glucose Monitoring Products.
