I have spent the last decade holding various positions in the mortgage lending business, from retail loan officer, mortgage processor, and wholesale lending executive. As a former lending executive, I understand how lenders work from the inside out, and can use this knowledge of the industry to ensure that short sale negotiators keeps up to date on the ever changing and complex lender short sale guidelines. I have been closing short sales since 2005, and have successfully closed hundreds of residential and commercial short sale transactions for investors, homeowners, Realtors, and attorneys. I have also written several published articles, as well as a popular blog on short sales, and is in demand as a short sale trainer and speaker.
