Joshua Stern

Joshua Stern is an Agent/Owner of Keller Williams located in Salt Lake City. He runs a full service real estate team that has helped his clients sell and purchase over "1000" properties as of 2014. Commitment to servicing his clients and the "client experience" has lead his team in receiving over 83% of their business through referrals. And acheiving Top Real Estate Team status for 2013.

The Joshua Stern Team motto is "clients don't care how much we know, until they know how much we care". His philosophy is that when you take care of others needs, your needs are automatically taken care of, has you feeling as though you're his only client. When Joshua is not leading his team and helping his clients through the most important investments of their lives, you'll find him up in the Wasatch Mountaings skiing, hiking, mountain biking or down in the desert river rafting, camping and climbing.

At the home front Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife Sonia, of 15 years, and his daughter Sienna. Joshua is a composer of music and has been writing music since he was 8 yrs old. He has an in-home recording studio where he creates compositions that have been featured in plays, television commercials and film.
