Joshua Weisfeld

An asset manager and senior vice president of operations with New York City’s W Brothers Realty, Joshua “Josh” Weisfeld leverages his diverse communication, negotiation, and management skills to help clients with a range of commercial and residential real estate needs in Manhattan and the other four boroughs. Joshua Weisfeld and his team offer a variety of real estate development project services that encompass entitlements, rehabilitation of existing structures, repositioning of properties, and ground-up construction.

The company leverages its experience and knowledge to pursue a wide range of development projects. In addition, W Brothers Realty has established joint venture partnerships to efficiently complete transactions.

Before joining the W Brothers team in 2015, Josh Weisfeld served real estate internships with Realty Insight Group in Plainview, New York, and GTFM in New York City. Josh Weisfeld also briefly assisted clients in the world of entertainment and sports as a sales, marketing, and administrative professional with New York City’s PS Business Management.
