Judith Abraham is an extensively experienced labor and delivery registered nurse who has worked in multiple facilities in Illinois and Wyoming. Most recently, she served as manager of women's services at St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago, helping it become the first hospital in Illinois to earn Joint Commission Perinatal Certification. In addition, she was recognized for her ability to maintain staffing without resorting to overtime. In Wyoming, Judith Abraham was an interim director of obstetrics at Thermopolis Hospital and charged with modernizing the department.

For nearly two decades, Judith Abraham worked as a labor and delivery registered nurse and then as a care coordinator at Advocate Lutheran General. She also served as a staff nurse at Central DuPage Hospital and Northwest Community Hospital, as well as an assistant director of perinatal services at St. Alexius Hospital.

A graduate of the St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, she later earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Elmhurst College and a master of arts in organizational leadership from Lewis University.
