Judy Zavislak

Hi! I'm Judy Zavislak from Northeastern Pennsylvania, and I'm all about constant improvement! I live with my husband of 24 years, 13 year old daughter, and a Shih Tzu named "Comet". I have a passion for health and fitness and helping others becoming their "best selves". Years ago I found a wonderful company called "Team Beachbody" when I was looking to get away from driving to the gym. Little did I know that the decision to buy a program called "Slim in 6" off of an infomercial would set some wheels in motion to so many incredible changes in my life. Last, but not least, I'm a Christian woman which simply means that I've asked Jesus into my heart and follow his example, the most important of which is LOVING others!
