I’m proud to be associated with one of the pioneering Offshore Development Companies in India – Hidden Brains Infotech as the Executive Director- Technical. As an accomplished IT Strategist, with more than 18 years of rich industry experience in successfully leading several initiatives on the technology front end; I have been able to implement new technologies in building efficient and productive business process systems for the overall growth of the organization.

My strong techno-functional background (with extensive project management skills in the IT industry) along with industry experience in sales acquisition, project deliveries, client services help me in penetrating Hidden Brains services and products all across the globe. It has been my pleasure to have recently visited 100+ clients across the globe with flagship of Hidden Brains.

I have also been a Certified Trainer from JCI University, USA having conducted 500+ hours of Management and Life Skills Trainings in various organizations and countries like Japan. Australia, Korea, Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Italy, etc. Currently, I lead the Training & Development division at Hidden Brains, spearheading the training and development programs for the holistic growth of the employees.

It gives me immense happiness to be an inspiration for young engineers, who want to innovate and dream big in the IT industry. And I make sure that I always share my knowledge and productive ideas into the organization to work smarter and deliver the best results for its clientele. I believe in harnessing my leadership skills in encouraging and molding the best skills in each employee to achieve the Company vision for which Hidden Brains stand.
