Julian Stokes
A veteran of the real estate industry, Julian Stokes possesses more than three decades of experience in the appraisal and consulting profession. A graduate of the University of Florida (UF), Mr. Stokes earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on real estate and urban land economics. Over his career, he built one of the largest real estate valuation and consulting firms in the State of Florida, with offices in Orlando, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Naples, and Sarasota.
Julian Stokes is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE), and the Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM), and is a Fellow with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). Mr. Stokes is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Florida Center for Real Estate Studies and a guest lecturer for the Alfred A. Ring Distinguished Speaker Series. Mr. Stokes is a longtime member of the Pelican Bay Rotary Club and a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow award for his generous contributions to The Rotary Foundation. He has volunteered his time as a member of the boards of directors of the Southwest Florida Land Preservation Trust and the Naples Botanical Garden. Mr. Stokes is a member of the Naples Area Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Collier. Julian Stokes sits on the Board of Directors of the Collier 100 Club. He is a member and Past President of the Florida West Coast Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
He currently serves as Regional Member (State of Florida) of Ethics Administration for the Appraisal Institute. In 2010, Mr. Stokes accepted a position with the Collier County Property Appraiser, where he works as Chief Deputy and continues to serve the citizens of Collier County.
