As a lifelong resident of Arizona, Julie can put her insider knowledge to work to find a special property in your neighborhood of choice. Julie was born and raised in Phoenix, in the Arcadia area, to be exact. While she has been a resident of the town of Cave Creek for the past 13 years, she is familiar with all areas of the Valley of the Sun. She is a true Arizona native, and can’t imagine living anywhere else. Julie began her career in Arizona Real Estate by selling new homes. During her career in new homes sales, she worked for a small, local builder as well as worked for one of largest, international builders in the world. Julie was very successful in the new home arena while selling homes in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, Mesa, Chandler, Surprise and Goodyear, Arizona. Julie was acknowledged and presented Sales Achievement Awards by the Arizona Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council for sales exceeding $6 million in 2004, $9 million in 2005, $15 million in 2006, and $12 million in 2007. While realizing the award for excellence is sales, she was also able to maintain positive relationships with all her clients, as her community team was also awarded the Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Team. Julie’s professional associations include the National Association of Realtors, the Phoenix Association of Realtors and a member of the Arizona Multiple Listing Service. She most recently became a Certified Short Sale Negotiator.
