Justin Farahi

Justin P. Farahi is a personal injury lawyer in California. He established the Farahi Law Firm, APC in Torrance in 2015. He specializes in Car Accidents, Brain Injury Cases, Motorcycle Accidents, Employment and Labor, Bicycles Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents, Dog Bite Cases, and more. With his strong leadership and dedication to justice, Farahi Law Firm has opened several new locations to help victims of injury cases across California: Torrance, Los Angeles, San Pedro, Panorama City, and Bakersfield.

He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola Marymount University and also earned his Masters in Business Administration in 2013. He acquired admission to the State Courts of California in 2014.

Before setting up his law firm, he worked as a Litigation Manager with Rastegar Law Group, APC. Before this, he served as a Legal Intern at the law firm McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP.

He served as the President of the Business Law Society during 2011 – 2014, and the Philanthropy Association of Loyola Marymount during 2012 – 2014. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the State Bar of California.

The American Law Institute recognized him in the 40 Under 40 list in 2018. LOCALE, as well as the South Bay Daily Journal, granted him the Best of the South Bay award. To further explore his passion in law, Attorney Farahi assists Law Schools as well as Businesses on legal issues such as Labor laws, Employee Rights, and Personal Injury Law and he also helps them in conducting seminars.

In 2020, during the pandemic, Justin Farahi and his firm continue working for his clients, taking new cases and helping the victims recover their health. During this difficult time, he focuses on working from home, maintaining the health of his clients and his staff while continuing to serve the community.
