Justin VanAuken

Justin VanAuken is a New York-based real estate executive who began his career in 2013 as an event coordinator at Aardvark Amusements, and later served as a project management intern at Structure Tone, Inc. In 2015, while working as a private investor at Century 1 Group, Justin VanAuken cold-called homes with excessive liens for possible purchase, and to help the owners avoid bank repossession. He later worked as a marketing intern at Platinum Properties, and, in 2019, founded VanAuken Property Group.

As CEO of the firm, Justin VanAuken oversees a development team that seeks to acquire properties with unmet investment potential, as well as a property management team that handles day-to-day management responsibilities for commercial and residential properties. The firm controls more than $10 million worth of real estate in New York's five boroughs.

In addition to managing his own company, Mr. VanAuken is the vice president of operations at REdefined Real Estate, where he helps with agent recruitment and property marketing efforts. He holds membership with Business Networking International and the National Society for Leadership and Success.
