Justin Smith

Justin Smith is a fourth year undergraduate student in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity in which he has played a key role serving on the Executive Council, as well as being the alumni relations chair. He also is a member of Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Finally, he is a member of the Texas Tech Ducks Unlimited Club where he has been a part of the wildlife conservation effort in west Texas Justin has previously worked as a Teller and Plains Capital Bank where he enjoyed learning about the world of banking. Justin has also showed prominent leadership skills as a manager at Raising Cane's where he implemented programs that improved both the customer satisfaction, and the employee retention of the company. In the future Justin plans to work his way to top level management in a firm grounded in solid principles and focused on customer service and employee satisfaction
