Taking advantage of the diverse, multi-ethnic culinary experience of its founder, Brooklyn, New York's Juventino restaurant has emerged as an outstanding dining option in the area. Juventino the restaurant takes its name from its chef and founder, Juventino Avila, who moved to Brooklyn when he was only two, but often returned to his native Mexico and his grandparents' farm. There, his appreciation for fresh, quality ingredients in simple meals grew. In 2009, Juventino Avila brought this array of experience together by opening Juventino, his namesake restaurant. Open for brunch and dinner, Juventino's menu is as diverse as Mr. Avila's cooking experience.
