A change agent bent on transforming the lives of others. I personally experienced change as I remove my Corporate hat of over 20 years to put on the cap of a Coach.I have enjoyed my journey in Corporate as I took on various functions and roles—engineering, operations, marketing and leadership. When I started my journey in coaching, I discovered my passion in helping others achieve their goals and achieve transformational change through NLP and meta-coaching methodology. Currently my post graduate research covers areas of creativity, cognitive skill and psychology. I am in process of building a coaching model from research.
