I Founded Hot Body Pilates in 2005', which is a fully equipped Pilates Studio located in the Heart of the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego California. We have many highly skilled and Certified Pilates Instructors on staff that will meet all of your fitness goals and give your body exactly what it needs so that you feel and look amazing! At Hot Body Pilates we always offer a Complementary 1st time 1-hour Private Pilates session for all 1st time clients. Hot Body Pilates also offers Private and Group Comprehensive Pilates Certification Programs throughout the year. All applicants must go through a thorough evaluation of what their personal goals are as well as the reason they have chosen to pursue a career as a Certified Pilates Instructor in order to be accepted into our “HBP Certified” Comprehensive Pilates Certification Program. Hot Body Pilates has a strict Code of Ethics that each instructor is required to follow in order to work at the studio as well as train to become a Pilates Instructor through our Certification program.
