Hello My name is Kadehjra Covington I am a Transfer Student coming from Shaw University enrolled as a Junior At North Carolina Central University. I Major in Business Management. I plan to pursue grad school in efforts to obtain a Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. I love to be challenged and inspired at the same time. Growing up i was always told i had a innovative mind that needed to be put to great use. Before leaving this world I not only want to make a name for myself but i want to create a change for anyone after me. A line that was told to me for many years that i not only live by but i learn from it. " To get something you never had you have to do something you never did. I currently work as a Sales Associate for Gabes and a Full time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Prestige Home Care. Nursing is not a dream of mine but i do share many passions and the care of our elderly is truly one of those passions. I never want to just classify or label myself in one job category because i plan to hold a few career paths under my belt.

This year at NCCU i plan to learn, and obtain Extrinsic Motivation in which that is something i struggle in. i hope to take all my struggles and by next year have mastered them. i look forward to what this year has to offer me and many more.
