Born in SF in the 60's. Moved to the Southbay as a child in the 70's.

I've worked for many technology driven company's, from here to SF.

I started my working career as a retail stock person at Mervyn's, if you can believe that wow. That was a long time ago. I went to community college ( Foothill ) as many of us do, that do not know what we want to do in life. From there I went to trade school to get my degree in Hardware Engineering. I got my start in the Tech field at a great company called 3Com, I had a couple of different rolls there, Repair Tech in the Nic division, Repair engineer, and finally as IT support. After a wonderful 10 yrs of working there I moved on to trying my hand as a Stock Broker and day trader. WOW This probably was the most stress that I have indured in my life LOL. Not a job I would advise for someone with low tolorance for stress. From there took a couple years off to travel Tahiti, Hawaii, Florida, NY, and of course Vegas baby.

Looking for a job in the year 2000, sent in my resume to my recruiter. I get a call from him and he's pretty excited! Theres a Law Firm in Palo Alto and the manager wants you to come in interview. I was like wow that was fast. Funny when people say that I know a lot of people in Cali. LOL must be true. A friend of mine was the IT manager at this partitular firm Heller Erhman. Need less to say I was hired. I spent, I wont say a wonderful 7 years but, I will say I meet many great people there. That I'm still friends with.

From there I moved on to another Law Firm Weil Gotshal, while I thought this was a great place I was wrong. I met a few very good friends there, but the environment was one of the worst places I've ever been in. Management really didn't know what they were doing nor did they cared. Enough about this place as there wasnt anything good to share about it. YUK!

Now I've moved onto a work place that is all most a complete 360% difference, people care and are willing to stop by and chat, CEO walks around 1 or twice a week and checks in with people ( What the heck! ) totally weird for me coming from a really awful environment. My VP will stop by and checks in and chats see how I'm doing, and see if I need anything. My manager will have meetings a least 2 twice a week. To see if, we have hot spots we need to take care of or too see how we're all doing. I get to order computer equipment for people that need stuff and I'm not given a lot of flack about
