I am a lawyer and co-founder of a non-profit focused on human security and development in Africa. I have previously worked in managing projects in conflict prevention and management, governance and economic justice (social accountability and social justice). I am currently focused on building an entity focused on products and projects (technology based solutions) that address human security and development issues.
I drive change through transformation and building of communities. I believe that change can be effected by connecting and providing networks for communication within and between communities, enabling through enterprise, educating through accurate and current information, and giving communities in Africa a platform and ability to share their stories. This is great part of building resilient systems that allow them to improve their quality of life and to compete globally.
I am nascent entrepreneur with an interest in media and fashion design which I belive can be enterprise solutions for some of the development challenges we face in Africa. I love writing, reading, music, dancing, sketching, walking and yoga.. I am a mum and I love motherhood.
