Kiley Duncan AKA Kali Streetz was born January 24th, 1992. An unsigned artist fresh out of Sacramento,Ca at 16 years old Kali started rapping. Looking for a place to record but, with no studios that he knew of while staying in Tracy,Ca he traveled back to Sacramento and linked up with a small in house studio. In 2009 he laid his first 4 Tracks and went back to Tracy burned several copys, sealed them in paperback cd covers, slapped a contact sticker on the front, titled it Kali Streetz Ep, and sold them around town. Even at school, where he had a few teachers purchase a disk. As time progressed so did Streetz, after selling so many cds and saving all the profit he was finally able to purchase his own equipment. Setup shop in house and went straight to work without any knowledge on how to work protools or on how to set anything up. With a little guidance from Dean Martin(Of 7cmg) and G7(Also a member of 7cmg) Kali finally had his portable studio up and rolling. In 2010-11This is where he would record his next 4 mixtapes. One of his mixtapes Murderous Flow was written and recorded in 48 hours. Just to see how much work he could do in a short amount of time. At 19 and not really having much luck Streetz packed up and moved back to his parents. Asked to build a studio in garage so he could get right back to working on his craft, and they willing helped get the materials to create a new job space for this aspiring artist.Then Released 2 mixtapes in 2012 titled "A Product of My Environment" and "Young&Restless" right before summer. Didnt get to much of a response so it was back to the drawing board. By summer time Streetz had booked a flight to Atlanta,Ga to stay with Radio3000 a mentor to him while coming up. The first week was all business like being introduced to ASCAP and learned about publishing songs as well as getting placements in ads etc etc. So within 3 years of doing numerous shows in Long Beach, San Francisco, Oakland, Stockton, and back home to Sacramento. At 19 Kali Streetz sat back and just took everything in. From listening to various artist "old school to new school" just simply gaining inspiration and knowledge on how to play with different flows. Also studied stage performances learning the proper way to hold the mic, how to move around on stage, and getting the crowds attention. Now at 21 Kali is back at and is in better shape then ever.
