I am an enthusiastic, dedicated and focused Marketing and Business Development Manager with extensive experience across all areas of Retail Management, Business Development, Consumer Behaviour and Marketing. I am a proactive individual with a logical approach to all marketing challenges, performing effectively in a highly pressurised working business environment. Having changed careers from Retail Management to Marketing & Business Development Management, I achieved my ambition to join an organisation where I can use my Marketing and Business analytical skills to increase sales and profits. The role of Marketing allows me to combine my artist and creative flair with my love of the business world. In my current position I am highly involved in every aspect of marketing the digital marketing agency and pro-actively committed to increasing the client portfolio.
I am a high achiever, I received a first class honours from Smurfit for my Masters in Marketing, graduating in the top 10% of my class. Recognising the importance of online marketing, I completed a professional diploma in digital marketing. I feel this course enabled me to gain a greater insight into the fast evolving digital world, facilitating me to increase my expertise in creating focused digital marketing strategies. The digital marketing industry is changing and evolving rapidly and I believe I need to ensure I have the most up to date knowledge. My excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with my business experience has enabled me to both lead and work in teams, and creatively enhance customer relationships with our clients. I am truly passionate about all areas of marketing and I believe not only in Digital Marketing but creating an integrated campaign to promote brands.
