With over twenty years of progressively responsible expertise in the food service industry dating back to her youth, Karen Wilson is the owner of Crave Café and Bakery, a boutique restaurant that specializes in gluten free meals, baked goods and desserts.
In 2006, after developing a severe sensitivity to gluten, Karen began perfecting her recipes for gluten free breads, cakes, cookies muffins and desserts through trial and error. What originally started out as a personal dietary necessity quickly became a passion for culinary science and a deep desire to provide delicious and healthy gourmet meals for people with food allergies.
