Karl D'Angelo Santa Rosa

My name is Karl D'Angelo, and I am the owner of Avante' Plumbing in Santa Rosa, California, where I proudly serve homeowners and businesses throughout Sonoma County. I have worked in the plumbing industry since 1996 and have spent nearly 30 years learning, growing, and building my career. After completing an eight-year apprenticeship, I earned my California C-36 plumbing contractor license in 2004. I later expanded my knowledge by earning an HVAC diploma from WyoTech, becoming a Certified Green Plumber USA professional, and obtaining California Solar Initiative thermal contractor certification.

My journey has been about much more than plumbing. I've experienced setbacks, learned difficult lessons, and committed myself to personal growth, recovery, and becoming a better version of myself. Those experiences have shaped how I approach both life and business. I believe the best customer relationships begin with listening, understanding people's needs, and delivering quality work with honesty and integrity.

Outside of work, I enjoy sailing on local lakes and the San Francisco Bay, learning swing dancing, and hope to get back on the ice after many years away from hockey. Every day, I strive to keep learning, celebrate small victories, and use my experiences to help others while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
