It took me several years till I have found how I want to lead my life. I was always interested in people's development so no surprise it is still in my focus. I am on my own. I have a chance to cooperate with interesting people and I can see tangible results of my work. And this is something I love a lot.

I also support companies. I believe that the success of the companies and leaders lies with their teams, employees. Therefore I often share my expertise in the field of Human resources with them in order to maximize the potential of their teams.

I also coach parents. I help them to strengthen their relationship with their kids. Through their empowerment and developed interaction and communication skills they can develop their kids much better and enable them to succeed in their life. I use a Video Interaction Guidance method.
