I am fascinated with the business and content sides of website management. It is extraordinary how leaders can elevate their game with strong standards, measures, and documentation.

My background includes stints as a federal employee (civilian, political appointee, and congressional staffer), a business owner, a journalist, and a campaign aide. I studied American Government and was certified as both a usability analyst and a help desk manager.

A favorite hobby is puzzles - because I like to put the pieces together :-)
