For the past three decades, Kathleen Atkins has lived in Florida. She has spent over two decades building, organizing, and volunteering at nonprofits in Nassau County, Florida.

Outside of work, Kathleen Atkins is passionate about finding a cure for cancers such as neuroblastoma and is a longtime contributor to multiple cancer foundations. She also contributes to the Health and Development Foundation supporting the foundation's school and church.
