Kathy Andersen is a Harvard-qualified leadership and change expert, international success & wellbeing coach, award-winning author, consultant, speaker, workshop facilitator, and media guest.

For over 15 years, Kathy has helped organizations and leaders transform their visions for change into realities. Kathy teaches people how to become their most successful in their lives, organizations, and communities. Kathy's award-winning book, "Change Your Shoes, Live Your Greatest Life," shows how anyone can overcome difficult circumstances to achieve their dreams.

Kathy transformed her own world more than ten years ago when she changed her corporate high heels to hiking boots and left her home country of Australia to journey “around and within.”

Kathy incorporated the experiences and learning from her journey into her work in the field of success, leadership, and wellbeing to maximize personal and professional success. Today, Kathy’s clients range from Major League Baseball players, to multi-billion dollar corporations, to non-profit organizations, governments, executives, and individuals.

A spirited speaker and workshop host, Kathy has spoken at numerous conferences throughout the United States and overseas, and features regularly in local and national media. Kathy is a blogger for the Huffington Post in areas of health and wellbeing.

Kathy completed a master’s degree at Harvard Kennedy School focusing on leadership and international development. At Harvard Business School (HBS), Kathy studied under the now Dean of HBS, Nitin Nohria, and Tony Mayo, Director of The Leadership Initiative at HBS. Kathy has also undertaken several executive programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School on leadership, including a “Master Class” program in leadership development.

Kathy is available for speaking engagements and workshop facilitation internationally and is a member of the National Speakers Association.
