A broker with more than two decades of experience, Kathy Nishnic prepared for her career in the financial services industry by attending Troy University and earned a bachelor of science in business administration in 1992. In 1997, Kathy Nishnic became a registered representative at Mantei and Associates, a privately-held loan broker based in Lexington, South Carolina. In this position, she works closely with clients to understand their personal financial goals and offer retirement and tax planning services. She has subsequently been ranked among the top brokers for more than two decades.
Prior to this experience, Kathy Nishnic furnished accounting and procurement services to the U.S. Air Force for nine years. While stationed at U.S. Air Force bases in Europe, she procured equipment for morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) initiatives that included items for a gymnasium, golf course, and various Air Force activities.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kathy Nishnic is committed to giving back to the community by donating to South Carolina organizations such as the Shandon Baptist Church. She also regularly participates in a walk for breast cancer in Columbia, South Carolina.
