A long time resident of the Nation's Capital Metro area offering over two decades of experience as a Realtor consultant, licensed in D.C., Virginia and Maryland.

In 2006, she helped launch the Keller Williams Arlington office which has become home to over 110 highly skilled agents who support their community's needs by way of a fall fundraising event and who work hands on to support those in need.

Kathy was a frequent guest agents on HGTV's ever popular show ' Get it Sold' and for 3 years and prior to that appeared on ' My house is worth What' shows filmed in the DC Metro area.

With a back ground in Fine Arts, and passion for both architecture and design, Kathy provides an amazing eye when it comes to preparing homes for sale, or helping her clients envision and realize the potential value of a property.

Kathy was the also the owner of a successful business that employed over 18 employees prior to her evolution into real estate. From that decade long experience she brings successful negotiation skills along with a win win attitude that is respected by her peers and clients alike.

Kathy lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband of 30 plus years, architect Glenn Chen Fong and furry sons George and Mickey. Her son Gregory , an artist and co- founder of K-Hole, resides in Manhattan, and her son Chris is a financial analyst with Vornado Realty Trust a commercial real estate firm in Washington DC.
